Senior Manager – ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) recruitment
This established global Life Insurer, with a strong presence presence within the region, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) candidate to join their established local Risk division.
As the Senior ERM Manager your key responsibilities will involve -
- To assist CRO with developing and communicating the enterprise risk management framework, and for overseeing development and implementation of enterprise risk management strategies aimed at optimizing the global risk/ return profile of SLF.
- Have oversight of the company's enterprise risk management programs by ensuring that effective processes are in place for the risk identification, assessment, risk response development, monitoring and control and reporting of risks inherent in the organization's activities.
Knowledge and skills required -
- University graduate in Statistics, Actuarial or related discipline, with relevant professional qualifications
- At least 8 years relevant actuarial / risk management experience working for a life insurer
- English (fluent oral and written) and Cantonese
- Financial Risk Management with focus in Insurance Sector
- Able to work independently
- Strong analytical, presentation and writing skills, with good business sense
- A good team player and leader
