Senior Manager , Finance and Operations recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of Settlement, Credit, Finance and Accounting, Office Administration as well as IT

• Safeguarding the companies from potential loss by ensuring high credit standards, sound documentation, procedure and operational expertise

• Providing timely management information and performance report to facilitate management decision

• Monitoring financial budget forecast, financial performance reporting and analysis as well as tax compliance

• Supervising IT support team to enhance systems for business developments

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines

• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years at managerial level with proven operations experience in securities brokerage

• CFA or CPA holder is a MUST

• Familiar with SFC rules and regulatory requirements

• Knowledge and experience of PRC operations will be an added advantage

• Leadership quality, sound business acumen and ability to see the big picture are key attributes

• Excellent managerial, analytical and strategic thinking

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
