Training Coordinator
An experienced Training Coordinator is required for this busy Government department where they will be responsible for providing training support within a transport environment.
Reporting to the Group Training Manager you will utilise your Instructional Design experience to improve the quality of the training materials along with the development of supplementary training. As well as developing new processes and work instructions and incorporating these into additional training materials.
The successful candidate will have:
•Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification or relevant industry experience
•Knowledge of AQTF2010, relevant legislation and working with Registered Training Organisation standards would be highly regarded
•Experience with Project Management Methodologies
•Coordination of transition activities across multiple stakeholders
•Comprehensive knowledge of instructional design principles and experience in designing and delivering classroom based training programs.
•Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure timely and professional delivery of relevant programs
