Senior Manager – Financial Planning, Payments & Reporting – 12 month contract recruitment
Do you want to join the market leader in Financial Advice? Are you an experienced Operations Manager from a financial services background who enjoys implementing process improvements, payments, revenue collection, people and change management?
A leading financial services group is currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead their Financial Adviser payments, reporting and policy division.
Responsibilities:
- Develop implement innovative processes to improve Adviser Payment and Revenue Collection processes
- People management – development and management of 4 team members
- Maintain systems used to track data regarding sales, revenue, commission payments
- Client Service – implement processes in the team to improve the customer experience
- Cost saving
The successful candidate will have strong operations management experience from financial services. You will have experience in process improvements, change management and relationship management. Ideally, you will have experience in liaising with Financial Advisers and Dealer Groups and managing a small team. You will understand payments and reporting and have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products. You will be a strong communicator.
