Senior Manager, Fund Strategy recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Establish frameworks of measurement with fund managers, monitor and participate in manager’s performance and attribution analyses to understand drivers of performance / non-performance, recommend rectification actions, and develop performance reports.
- Work closely with in-house global investment team to perform manager and fund selection and due diligence.
- Perform analyses and recommend the fund allocation among the selected investment managers.
- Manage all MPF fund manager relationships, governance service.
- Plan and deliver various product initiatives relating to MPF investment funds.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Investment, Finance, Actuarial Science or similar disciplines
- CFA holder
- 6 to 10 years related experience in Investment industry.
- Fully competent on investment process, stock selection concept, manager style, performance analysis and investment risk management
- Knowledge of MPF market, competition and products.
- Sound technical ability to build sophisticated model analyses as a means to support recommendation
- Strong Analystics Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
