Join an innovative, globally represented market leader that continues to grow and evolve through these dynamic times. Due to parental leave, this business is seeking a senior payroll manager for a 12 month period. Your team will work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners to deliver a global payroll and HR administration service for all corporate employees.
Reporting to the HR Governance Manager, specific responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of 9 payroll business partners to deliver accurate and timely global payroll services to 1800 permanent and casual employees, including non executive and executive management
- Developing and maintaining SLA's in line with business requirements
- Ensuring the outsourced processing partner is meeting delivery and quality commitments
- Facilitating new hire, employee benefits, salary review, promotions, transfers and termination processes across the corporate services group globally
- Participating in leadership meetings and presenting key reporting and analysis according to SLA's
- Engaging with stakeholders across corporate structures globally, including non -executive and executive management
- Working with the broader HR function and outsourced partners to achieve service excellence and drive process and system efficiencies
- Delivering global standardised processes and driving operating discipline.
Diploma or degree qualified, you are a passionate leader with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and payroll management experience gained within global organisations. You present with strong influencing skills and experience working with executive management to successfully drive performance, process and system enhancement within high performing environments.
With a strong working knowledge of best practice payroll processes, you are a system savvy person with strong business improvement skills. Experience leading large teams, outsourced partners and SAP Excel experience is essential and the ability to manage pressure and competing demands is critical.
