Senior Manager Global Pensions Executive Affairs - Zurich

Change International is currently assisting one of its international retail clients with the recruitment of a Senior Manager Global Pensions Executive Affairs.

Reporting directly to the VP Corporate Compensation Benefits and your main duties will be the following:

· Monitor, improve and govern the International Pension Plan
· Design, implement and govern the pension plans at the Headquarter-Locations in collaboration with the respective regional organisations
· Align the International Pension Plan and Executive Contract Management with other policies and processes (e.g. Corporate Legal, Compensation, Benefits, Mobility and other regional or local HR specialities etc.)
· Design, implement and maintain the new Executive Contract Management framework for our Top and Senior Management at the Headquarter-Locations and in our regional organisations
· Align the Executive Contract Management with overall business needs and strategies and hence to serve as a significant tool for supporting business growth
· Advise regional local HR teams on all pension and executive contract related matters
· Support the HR Due Diligence and Post-Merger-Integration Projects
· Leverage the co-operation with global service suppliers in order to achieve delivery of desired service levels

Your profile:

· At least 8 years experience in a similar senior management role with international exposure
· Sound experience in the design, implementation and operation of international and local pension plans with special focus on executive retirement schemes
· Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization
· Experience in dealing with the complexity of a truly global organization
· English skills on a proficient level (any other language is an advantage)
