SENIOR MANAGER, HR BUSINESS PARTNER recruitment
This role reports into the Head of HR for one of the most sizable business units. You will have key responsibilities for interfacing with the business and ensuring that talent needs are being met. This will be a true relationship management role and will take a very pro-active place in the business to understand their plans and challenges, and then be well-placed to ensure that the required solutions and programs are implemented. The internal client group is a significant contributor to the bank operational success and keeping pace on the HR front is of paramount importance. As a result, you will have an emphasis on ensuring that resourcing, manpower planning and talent pipelines are all aligned to the business, and your advice on human resource management, performance enhancement and staff engagement, compensation and people strategies will gain you credibility in the eyes of the senior management.
This role requires a senior HR professional with at least 10 years experience - financial services exposure is not necessary. It will suit an outgoing, assertive and highly driven individual who gains greatest satisfaction from being in front of internal clients who have high expectations of HR solutions. You will be highly innovative, tenacious, passionate about HR, able to straddle both the strategic and the operational. You must demonstrate a high level of English language proficiency.
