We are now looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the supervision and successful delivery of a full range of HR functions, and the development and implementation of the region’s HR initiatives and projects aimed towards achievement of global and regional HR goals
- Provide advice and support to the local Management and senior managers in various HR related matters for Singapore and Tokyo
- Approach internal customers proactively to ensure resolution of issues and establish a range of desirable actions as necessary
- Manage conflicting business priorities as an experienced coach, facilitator and negotiator
- Support the regional HR team on process decision relating to complex cases
Requirements
- Degree holder, with a post graduate degree in Human Resources or its equivalent an advantage
- Minimum 6 years’ progressively responsible experience with Generalist background, covering employee relations, organizational design and effectiveness, talent development and compensation and benefits; with proven ability to use formal and informal structure, dynamics and culture to get things done
- Familiar with local labour laws, prevailing practices and customs which are applicable to all facets of HR Management
- Decisive with good negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills, as well as being culturally attuned and comfortable with cultural diversity in a relatively flat organization with multiple reporting lines
- Have a high level of system literacy and ability to manage spreadsheets and understand basic financial concepts
- Fluent in English with knowledge of other languages a plus
