Senior Manager, Integrated Care Services - Denver, CO, El Segundo CA, or Calverton, MD

This position will provide support for the Integrated Care Services department and its activities regarding Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). This position will develop and maintain models to assess regional and national trends related to ACOs that impact DaVita and nephrologists. The person in this position will analyze financial and operational data, assess the strategic opportunities/risks, prepare communication materials, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, this position will support the Integrated Care Services department activities including (1) content development for presentations to hospitals and nephrology practices, (2) data gathering and reporting, (3) project management, and (4) website development and maintenance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Develop financial models that calculate the expected value of executing deals with ACOs in various markets across the country Coordinate with provider organizations and hospitals to gather information required to perform appropriate analyses Act as a liaison with provider organizations, hospitals, and internal departments to facilitate the collection and analysis of statistical and financial parameters Present findings from analysis to external and internal clients/stakeholders Assist in planning, executing and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget requirements Make significant contributions to the definition of content/agendas and research for special projects Use effective methods and well-developed interpersonal skills to collaborate with and gather information from experts at all levels of organization Lead and coordinate the development efforts of all special projects assigned Drive projects to conclusion Organize projects by turning broad guidance into a list of specific actions.
