Senior Manager, International Credit Division recruitment
Core responsibilities:-
- Educate business line employees in Asia on CLIENT Credit Rating Rules and Regulations, as well as other CLIENT`s internal credit related rules and regulations including Global Underwriting Guidelines, mainly in form of module sessions.
- Prepare and customize materials to be used for module sessions, as well as for E-Learning.
- Develop CLIENT`s common credit culture across the Asian region and beyond.
- Work with the lines of business to enhance generic credit skills across the Asian region.
- Supervise and provide guidance to subordinate Credit Training Manager (to be hired) for the mission indicated above.
Work Experience:-
- Experience of credit training, and/or experience in credit and risk related function or business line experience.
Behavioural Competencies:-
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime, if necessary, in order to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to make frequent business trips overseas among the Asian region.
