Now is an exciting time to join KPMG’s Knowledge Management group. With a large knowledge program underway we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to drive the knowledge management strategy through the business while leading an operational group of operational staff across knowledge systems, intranet, information and document management.
As a Senior Manager in our Knowledge function you will lead the implementation, integration, continuous improvement, management and operation of core knowledge services and systems across the business. The focus of this role is on maximising the business adoption of our key solutions, integrating them into the firm’s business practices and striving for integration and alignment.

Reporting to the Director of Knowledge, key aspects of this role include:
- Ongoing strategic development and implementation of the knowledge program, identifying and managing business needs for knowledge management and developing strategies, projects and initiatives to meet these needs.
- Vision and management of core systems including the Australian Intranet, document management system, internal social media, enterprise search, people connectivity applications, divisional knowledge platforms, library and records management systems.
- Leading a range of business projects as well as involvement in KPMG Global initiatives for implementation and linkage to the strategy across the national practice.
- The delivery of Knowledge services, leading a team and managing operations.
- Build and maintain strong and effective stakeholder relationships to enable the delivery of the KM strategy and to ensure business needs are met.
To be successful, this position requires:
- An experienced knowledge management professional with a deep understanding of the connectivity between people, knowledge, process and technology
- A pragmatic, commercial and innovative approach with focus on continuously improving service offerings and challenging the status quo
- Strong proven people management experience
- A strong track record of leading successful large scale knowledge management projects within a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Excellent stakeholder relationship and influencing skills
- Strong leadership and change management experience
