Senior Manager – Life Insurance, Singapore recruitment
A fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Actuary to join a well established and successful life actuarial team. You will be at the forefront of issues shaping the insurance industry in Asia.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing and leading teams on large and complex projects
- Identifying new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients
- Contribution to thought leadership publications
- Presentations to clients and in industry seminars
Target candidates would have the following profile:
- Around 10 years of life actuarial experience – including consulting experience
- Qualified actuary with at least 5 years PQE (UK, US or Australian qualifications)
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Strong analytical and creative skills, with good written and verbal English communication skills
- Good understanding of economic / market issues and the ability to interpret their impact on large clients
- Desire to further develop the insurance advisory business in Singapore and ASEAN.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
