Senior Manager / Manager – Listing Operations (Debts & Derivatives) (Policy Development) recruitment
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the policy development of new structured products.
Job Responsibilities:
- To study the suitability and feasibility of listing new structured products from a regulatory perspective
- To review and develop regulatory framework for new structured products
- To conduct study on market operations and regulations of structured products markets in overseas jurisdictions
- To monitor development of the structured products industry and identify industry and product trends in major overseas markets
- To manage and work on projects relating to structured products
- To liaise and communicate with market participants on the development of structured products
Requirements:
- University Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience of which at least 2 - 4 years at a supervisory level with proven experience in structured / derivative products business of well-established financial organizations
- Strong product knowledge of listed and unlisted derivative products both locally and overseas
- Sound knowledge and understanding of operations, regulations and risk management of the structured products industry
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and good communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- Candidates with lesser experience and qualification will be considered for a lower level
