Senior Manager / Manager – Strategy & Market Research recruitment

Supporting the Head of Strategy Projects you will complete in depth market research into the Hong Kong life insurance market, identifying trends and synthesising your findings, presenting to the senior management team. You will oversee and review the analysis and research completed by the team, having a key input into the business planning process and various strategic issues that span across the organisation.
To be considered for this critical role you will require:
- To be educated to degree level with between 5 and 8 years experience in strategy consulting;
- a strategic approach who can partner with the business whilst having an eye for detail and strong analytical skills;
- the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and to multiple business functions;
- excellent communication skills in written and spoken English with fluency in spoken Cantonese preferred.
