Working across our business to strengthen PwC's profile, the role of the Markets team is to identify, pursue and convert the right kind of opportunities that add client value, build strong relationships in the market and deliver revenue growth.
There is an exciting opportunity to add a talented marketer to our Marketing function and the Markets team as Senior Marketing Manager.
As the Senior Marketing Manager your role is to drive the marketing strategy for the Financial Services industry at PwC. You will have knowledge of the Financial Services industry in Australia ensuring all marketing activities are relevant and delivering PwC's growth objectives. You superior relationship skills and marketing knowledge will help lead, manage and encourage collaborative practices across different marketing communication platforms – traditional and digital. You will have experience in co-creating, managing and at times executing key marketing initiatives including thought leadership, media, events, digital based activities and sponsorships.
Working with the Marketing Director and Financial Services Leader to understand the business drivers and key profiling objectives to deliver PwC's Vision, Value and Strategy including responsibility for:
· Developing and implementing the business and marketing plans for FS
· Managing interactions and collaboration with the greater Markets team
· Developing external relationships with associations and memberships to support the strategic direction of FS
· Working with the greater Markets community to leverage activities and resources
· Developing innovative thought leadership, well leveraged and shared across Markets
It is essential that you have:
- Formal qualifications in marketing (preferred) or business
- 6 years marketing experience with leading, managing and executing on (traditional and digital) programs with multiple influencers, deadlines and budgets
- Strong level of strategic marketing thinking
- Strong Financial Services knowledge and understanding
- Strong understanding of brand compliance
- Proven influencing and collaboration ability with senior internal and external stakeholders (agencies, suppliers etc) to achieve business outcomes
- Outstanding execution skills
- Strong communication, oral and written skills
- Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
- Strong client service focus
- Agile mindset with the openness and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
