Purpose of the Position:
The Senior Manager, IHN Market, in Brea, CA will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase market share in Top 150 IHNs nationally.
· Tools and programs to improve sales force effectiveness
· Align programs across IHNs for relative consistency of price and positioning
· Customized marketing strategies to drive Beckman Coulter standardization in Top 150 IHNs
· Directed Lead Generation activities
Required Qualifications and Experience:
· Incumbent must have a Bachelor’s degree with 14+ year’s exp. OR Master’s/Doctoral degree with 12+ year’s exp
· Sales experience and experience in IHN market segment is strongly preferred; Global experience also preferred
· Related experience includes 4+ years managing people.
