Senior Manager, Operational Excellence/BPR recruitment

This organisation is a leading light in the ecommerce sector. With double digit growth year on year it continues to win market share and outperform its competitors. In search of continued improvement across customer experience and operational processes, it is seeking to hire an Operational Excellence/BPR expert to drive the business forward even further.

To be successful in this role you will possess at least 5 years hands-on experience in change management, process improvement and process design within a large, complex, high volume company setting (e.g. Telco, Retail, Financial Services, etc). In addition, you will hold at least a tertiary qualification and ideally back this up with Six Sigma qualifications, together with first class communication, presentation and analytical skills.
