Key Roles Responsibilities

* To set up individually tailored performance plans through one-on-one facilitation and coaching for some of the top 200 leaders in the Group.
* Bespoke team interventions for senior business teams, which involve diagnostics, typically a two day 'offsite' workshop plus support and follow up through a nine month period.
* Identify where OD interventions would add significant value and source specialist help (internally and externally).
* Contribute actively to a significant change management agenda.
* Contribute to design and facilitation of Group executive development programmes.
* Select external resources (for example to coach / support leaders when needed from pre-approved plans).
* This role will require some global travel although primarily in Asia.

Qualifications Skills

Experience: - to cover some of the following:

* Experience working with Asian cultures and multicultural teams would be an advantage.
* At least 3 years experience at a senior OD role or role with facilitation as a core capability.
* A qualified executive coach, team facilitator who wants to gain 'in-house' experience.
* A consultant in Change Management / OD who wants a career move and may stay as a specialist or go back into mainstream HR.
* Occupational Psychologist with relevant experience.
