Role and Responsibilities:
This is an outstanding role to join a stable, well regarded company, with a reputation as an employer of choice. You will take responsibility for the preparation of financial and management reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for group property. In addition you will guide the business with sound financial analysis to actively support decision making.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Modelling and forecasting of capital works programs
- Review quarterly forecast
- Prepare analysis of property projects including scenario analysis
- Group consolidated reporting
- Reviewing team member work including statutory reporting
Quals/Personal Attributes/Whats in it for the candidate:
- CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years experience within property accounting
- Sound knowledge of Financial and Statutory controls
- Ability to manage both internal and external relationships across various management levels
- Understanding of leasing accounting
- Strong excel skills including developing models, Vlookups and Pivot tables
