Senior Manager – Quality Assurance recruitment
A truly global, Universal banking group with offices placed in major financial districts globally is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance manager to drive change and consistency across the audit group. As the Manager for Group Quality Assurance you will be responsible for auditing the audit business and making recommendations of change to enhance the consistent approach of audit across the group. You will also provide a depth of training resources to Heads of Audit and provide training on Methodology and best practice across the wider audit framework.
This role would be an excellent opportunity for a senior auditor with experience of developing teams, training on methodology and implementing best practice to take on a global, autonomous role with global banking group.
To excel and add value in this commercial and high profile role you will ideally have a depth of experience of working at a senior level within audit, will have excellent knowledge of audit methodology and best practice and ideally will have had some input to improving processes, audit systems interrogation, driving consistency and developing audit relationships with stakeholders.
