The Company
Our client is a growing REIT and is expanding. They are currently looking for a talented person to be part of their Finance Team.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will supervise full sets of accounts. Moreover, you will be involved in budgeting, tax and financial analysis. Besides, you will manage the company's cash flow and participate in ad-hoc projects involving in financial due diligence and raising of funds.
Your Profile
You will be a Degree holder, CPA qualified with at least relevant REIT commercial and Big 4 audit experience. You should have fluent Mandarin and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
