Senior Manager, Regulatory Policy (Senior VP)
Major Investment Bank are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager within their Regulatory Reporting team. As an integral part of their finance function, responsible for the management, control and reporting of the Banks capital. This role sits within the regulatory and capital management team which looks after policy, capital management and regulatory MI. The constant change has created the need for a senior manager within regulatory policy to take responsibility for the changes in capital and liquidity regulatory areas. You will be instrumental in analysing new consultation papers, policy statements and rules. This information will be use to direct the senior management team and as an input to help shape the strategy of the organisation.
You will also be responsible for representing the department in the new product approval process, determining the correct capital requirements for the proposed trades and new business initiatives.
Outstanding opportunity for an ACCA/ACA/CIMA with extensive hands on experience of regulatory capital and large exposures including regulatory policy experience. Previous experience of analysing new trades, including structured transactions, determining the associated capital requirements and large exposures implications also needed.
