Senior Manager, Risk Reporting recruitment
This position is exclusive to Ethos Corporation. Our client seeks a Senior Manager to lead the internal risk reporting capability of a large financial services organisation. In addition to reporting responsibilities, the successful candidate will provide on-going operational risk advice to the business and relevant projects. This role will provide exposure at the C-suite level and elevate your profile across the organisation.
This is a maternity leave cover and will take responsibility for one Risk Analyst.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Assist with re-engineering of risk reporting and lead reporting improvements
- Co-ordinate quarterly Risk reporting on a GM and Board level
- Manage regulatory relationships in relation to reporting, as well as external audits
- Monitor quality and timeliness of reporting
- Lead agenda management and minute taking
- Proactively investigate the root cause of risk incidents and recommend solutions
- Remain abreast of regulatory changes for example APRA ASIC legislation
- Project manage improvement of incident management register
The successful candidate will ideally have a grounding in audit and/or consulting. Strong stakeholder management skills are required to hold your own at the Board level, in addition to sharp presentation and communication skills. Experience with Board reporting is essential.
