The primary purpose of this role:
Participate in a team that ensures authorised frameworks and systems are effectively used in Institutional Clients Corporate Finance (ICCF) both domestically and offshore so as to achieve an optimum outcome for the Group.
More specifically your main duties will include:
- Make suggestions for improvements to policies, processes and systems and contribute to the development of models to improve the Bank's competitive position.
- Implement quality management, operational compliance systems and then provide expert advice to senior management.
- Implement, monitor and seek improvements to the ICCF reporting framework.
- Contribute to the development and application of IBM's Three Lines of Defence model.
We are seeking an experienced risk professional with:
- Extensive risk management or credit experience.
- Extensive banking financial services experience, ideally from a large financial institution.
- Strong project change management skills.
- Highly developed influencing stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
