Job description:

Support definition of the workplace savings strategy:

Understand and interpret workplace savings proposition drivers including: competition; market trends; customer demand at both corporate and individual level; and policy.
Responsible for the analysis required to support strategy definition.
Ensure costs and benefits of proposition developments are clearly defined and monitored
Support definition of workplace savings proposition positioning including product definition, target market and key features
Responsible for working with business and delivery areas (internal and external) to ensure strategic objectives of the proposition are maintained throughout the development cycle.
Manage workplace savings proposition analysts

Act as workplace savings proposition champion:

Development of workplace savings proposition product specifications
Promote understanding of proposition amongst internal stakeholders
Responsible for the development and dissemination of proposition requirements to internal and external parties
Working with internal and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery against proposition requirements

Support management of project portfolio and PL for product line:

Monitor delivery of cost-benefit analysis and benefit realisation strategy
Set project priorities for product line
Support identification and selection of 3rd party product providers to complement and enhance the Fidelity proposition where appropriate
Liaise with 3rd party vendors on the design and development of their offerings for Fidelity
Support profitability management for product lines
Ensure proposition remains compliant – in particular that the proposition meets TCF requirements
Input and support of governance reporting

Responsible for Fidelity’s DC and workplace savings policy:

Support the development of Fidelity’s DC and workplace savings policy in response to regulatory and market drivers
Drafting of policy responses to regulatory consultations and government initiatives
Media relation support to ensure key policy views are disseminated
