Senior Manager/Business Partner, Insight
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and delivering the Insight capability and strategy for the business unit with a view to helping the business to achieve its strategic goals and to be the best in class for it's customers.
The role holder will be the primary owner of customer and market insight, acting as the insight ‘champion’ and focal point, building genuine, actionable customer, relationship and product insight studies that contribute towards longer term strategy, proposition development and plans, whilst maintaining a high level of visibility across the business at a senior level.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer and Market Insight experience where you have effected business change
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units
- Ability to productively engage with senior/board level stakeholders
- Ability to analyse, interpret and present complex market research at a level of detail and granularity appropriate to the audience.
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to work under pressure managing multiple priorities within tight timescales.
