Senior Marketing Data Analyst
12 month contract (with potential to extend)

A Senior Marketing Data Analyst is required for immediate start in Central London. The Senior Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for reporting and analysis of global marketing campaigns, as well as implementing improvements to segmentation and targeting.

Job Description
As part of the CRM and Client Insight team the role holder's main focus are:
• Reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns globally, across all channels, and marketing products. This includes the presentation of marketing results to different stakeholders across the business
• Improvement in segmentation and marketing targeting

Key Responsibilities/Tasks: (Duties include but are not limited to the following)
As part of the CRM and Client Insight team you will have four main areas of responsibility;
• Development and production of marketing reports and analysis across;
• Acquisition, retention, cross sale activity
• Cross-channel marketing campaign effectiveness
• Marketing products
• E-marketing
• Marketing targeting and model development to support the on-going improvement of campaign targeting
• Development and implementation of marketing models to target acquisition, cross-sell/up-sell and retention
• Product analysis
• The evaluation of marketing products, e.g. chart of art/lot finder on-line product
• Provide ad-hoc client analysis and insight reports

Practical Experience: You will need to meet the following requirements:
• Educated to degree level with a strong analytical and/or statistical component
• Have at least 4 years in a marketing data analyst function
• Extensive experience of manipulating large transactional data sets to support data driven marketing
• A demonstrable understanding of Campaign Management tools, preferably Siebel, otherwise Unica, Chordiant, Alterian etc, and e-mail tools.
• Advanced analytical skills ideally using SAS, otherwise SPSS or equivalent
• Considerable experience in providing marketing campaign reporting and analysis across multiple channels
• In-house expert in relation to marketing targeting and campaign effectiveness testing and improvement
