As Senior Marketing Control Manager, reporting to the Head of Product Control Governance within the Marketing Division, you will be accountable for ensuring the quality of marketing initiatives, campaigns and projects to ensure smooth implementation from a staff and customer perspective.

You will be providing both challenge and support to the Marketing Product Teams, and therefore need to have strong interpersonal skills. You will need to have a broad marketing experience and a full appreciation of Treating Customers Fairly.

You will work closely with the Programme Manager, Product Control Governance to ensure proposals going through the New Product Approval Process have been through a robust challenge process.

As Senior Marketing Control Manager your skills and experience will include:-

Experience of developing marketing campaigns
Experience of developing new products
Ability to complete quality assurance testing and to provide constructive feedback to others
Strong analytical skills required to assess and identify potential areas of weakness
Strong communication skills required to deliver difficult messages
Influencing skills will be required to ensure appropriate actions are taken by others
Knowledge of operational impacts of product development
