The Team
The Consumer Marketing team deliver world-class marketing strategy and communication for all retail customer segments, retail lines of business and distribution channels. The strategy and communication carries across national, regional, local, digital, social, public relations and direct mediums to our target segments.
The Opportunity
You will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with CBA'a Value's of Excellence, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability and Service:
- Working with our agency partners, internal stakeholders and execution channels design, you will develop and execute world class marketing campaigns.
- You will leverage analytic and research based insight to deliver targeted and tailored propositions to the audience.
- You will influence and leverage product, segment, channel, community and external partners to provide differentiated offers through the marketing strategy and communication.
- You will ensure all communication consistently meets brand guidelines and is prepared in accordance with the Marketing Communications defined process.
- You will implement engaging customer communication utilising all customer marketing channels, including traditional ALT channels, digital channels, direct one to one and bank owned assets.
- You will support consumer marketing communication with direct and engaging internal communication to Bank staff.
- You will develop and implement customer-event-based triggers to improve referrals, sales conversion revenue generation.
- You will measure, track benchmark marketing activities against customer and Bank objectives looking for opportunities to continually improve.
- You will be accountable for campaign project specific expenditure and be continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency.
- You will provide direct management and leadership of your team and complete associated tasks, including one Insurance and one Premier marketing professional.
What will help you succeed?
- You have a strong understanding of marketing and agency practice as well as integrated marketing experience (ATL, BTL online).
- You possess sound knowledge and skills for optimising relevant marketing sales channels.
- You have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and optimise relevant marketing sales channels.
- You possess knowledge and skills in data analysis and customer research as well as project management.
- You have relevant tertiary qualifications.
