Role Information:
• The Senior Mechanical Estimator will have a very hands on approach
• Securing Tenders
• Take offs
• Organising team workload
• Managing team of estimators
• Queries to Sub-Contractors
• Return dates on works is critical
• Requires technical ability
• Diverse range of projects in the commercial, banking, retail high end residential sectors
• Office based role, with some site visits
• Client facing role
Requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
• Good work history
• Experience with Estimation software program
• Man management
• Good track record
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
