Senior Operations Manager – Fund Accounting recruitment
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Operations Manager within a leading provider of Middle Office outsourcing solutions, with excellent growth potential.
As Senior Operations Manager you will lead global functional teams and/or client facing service delivery teams to provide investment operations activities. You will collaborate across the organisation to define, launch and drive this exciting new business initiative.
You will provide operations leadership, effective personnel management, goal planning, performance measurement, ops risk management, client management escalation, client/technology implementation, enablement of new product offerings, audit coordination and vendor management. You will also be a partner to Sales Marketing and Relationship Management teams.
You should have a proven track record of Asset Management operational leadership; ideally have an understanding of outsourcing and securities operations; in-depth Fund Accounting knowledge; strong communication skills and progressive business management experience.
