An large comany that specialises in Electrical products is looking for a Senior Payroll person and HR Generalist to join their team in Brussels on a permanent basis. You will report into the compensation and benefits manager and the HR Director.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Payroll process from start to finish (Attentia)
- General HR responsibilities
- Supervising junior payroll personnel
- Coordinate decentralized HR personnel
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience
- Have a University Degree
- Have good knowledge of general HR and labour and social law
- Speak French and Dutch (English is a plus)
- Have a record of meeting targets and deadlines
