About our Client
Our client is a leading Australian resource company whose flagship site is one of the largest single site employers in Western Australia.
Job Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the end to end Payroll of 700+ staff. Your duties will include, but are not limited to
- Processing monthly payroll for a large employee and contractor base
- On boarding of contractors
- Set ups and terminations
- Liaising with employees in regards to queries
- Payroll tax and superannuation calculations
- Assisting in month end reporting and payroll reconciliations
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a reliable, hard working and experienced payroll officer having had exposure to the above responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be comfortable and had practical experience using a large ERP system and be able to liaise comfortably with management and the broad employee base.
