Senior Performance & Attribution Analyst – London recruitment
Our client is looking for an experienced Performance Analyst professional to join their multi-asset fund desk and analyse, monitor an report on the performance of a variety of funds.
Key Responsibilities
• Production and analysis of regular performance reports for assigned funds for use by the Fund Managers.
• Provision of in-depth performance analysis to enable the fund managers to make strategic investment decisions.
• Communication of fund performance to Senior Management, Fund Managers and other internal business Stakeholders.
• Contribution to the development of performance analysis measurement.
• Assist the team in suggesting new analytics that will be beneficial to Fund Managers and senior management in the understanding of investment risk.
The successful candidate will have:
• Previous experience of working in the performance management function with an a buy-side organisation
• Product Knowledge: Equities Fixed Income
• Strong quantitative/maths skills
• Educated to degree level or equivalent. Masters Preferred.
• IMC/ CIPM or CFA is desirable
• Strong Excel and IT skills including knowledge of Macros, high level Pivot tables, VBA
