Senior Project Manager - Major IT Business Transformation, Change Management - Surrey - to 75k. Financial Services organisation undergoing major business and finance transformation towards online, self service, eCommerce business model, which is impacting the structures and workings of the organisation at all levels, requires and experienced and heavy hitting Senior Project Manager who will form a big part of a core delivery team in the organisation, spearheading and driving this change. The right candidate will have in depth experience of Business change and technology change and transformation and will have been accountable for large projects (teams of up to circa 50 people) and have strong stakeholder management skills, presenting to, engaging with, and challenging and persuading a very senior stakeholder base CxO level. Off-shoring Experience is highly desirable. Experience of Multi-year, multi-million pound projects, which have affected significant technology / business change, is necessary.

Key aspects of the role: Senior level project management, sitting between business and IT, acting as the business champion, pushing back where necessary, championing IT to Business and visa versa, enhance the maturity of the IT Structure, Get the best from off-shoring, and managing business change: driving the organisation through huge cultural shift around moving towards a technology dependant (digital, eCommerce, self service) business model.

You will be very strong with People and Process change and be a champion for Change, challenging and driving change as this transformation has a huge impact and reach. You will add value with creative and out of the box thinking - agitating for a customer solution. You will have been through change projects and delivered successfully to the customer.
