Senior PMO Analyst
We are looking for a Senior PMO/PMO manager to join a central Treasury PMO function for a group Treasury change portfolio. The focus of the role will be on monitoring and managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, and ensuring that all individual projects are effectively planned, controlled and managed to agreed time, specification and budget in accordance with a newly implemented change lifecycle governance framework.
Key responsibilities:
- Roll-out and support group standards / guidelines across Project Managers/PMO’s within Treasury
- Produce the Treasury Portfolio Report, for the Treasurer, each month
- Challenge and ensure the quality of data is correct and accurate (RAG’s/RAID’s/Milestones/etc;)
- Support the Portfolio Governance Forums; producing packs and challenging data
- Produce an overall Treasury Milestone Plan
- Support the implementation of a new PPM Tool (HP PPM) within Treasury
- Liaise with the enterprise PMO on all aspects of reporting and guidelines
- Manage all the centralized reporting for Treasury Projects and submissions each month
Candidates must demonstrate extensive experience of delivering core PMO services including planning, risk and issue management, change control, dependency management, finance tracking, document management, reporting and monitoring within large scale programmes within banking. Experience of working in a small central PMO (3/4 people) and liaising with an enterprise PMO and managing projects with business process re-engineering and/or liquidity risk management is also essential.
