Senior PMO Manager recruitment
Working closely with the PMO Director, on multiple PMO mini-projects and activities to ensure key processes within the Program run smoothly and effectively. Successfully manage the project office processes to support the Program in it's delivery to agreed outcomes, through the provision of effective project operating procedures, internal project reporting, change control and risk and issue management processes.
Key accountabilities for the role include:
- Assist in the development and management of Program funding submissions
- Management and tracking of the financials related to work being carried out for other programs
- Manage meetings and/or associated reporting for workstream status updates; the program leadership team and senior managers in the work streams.
- Control the program risks and issues including recording; management and escalation.
- Act as the second in charge to the PMO Director.
It is essential that you have extensive experience as a PMO Manager working ideally within financial services.
