I am working with a leading brokerage that is looking to add a senior precious metals salesperson to their team in Singapore. The candidate will assist in expanding the platform in this across this region with existing knowledge and contacts.
Responsibilities of the Position:
- The candidate will have knowledge of the Precious Metals market across Asia.
- Develop relationships and networks globally to increase coverage and market share
- Will maintain an existing profitable book in addition to developing and expanding this.
- Assist in the expansion plans of the team; with the long term view of building the team in that location.
- Responsible for building and developing new clients and business activities across the appropriate region in addition to maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Have strong knowledge of the market and be able to inform manager, neighbours and customers of the market movements.
- Have strong negotiation skills with internal and external customers.
Skills/ Attributes Required for this Role:
- 4 or more years of precious metal sales experience.
- Managerial experience.
- Have strong knowledge in Precious Metals – Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium.
- Well established networks Globally.
- Proven Track Records.
- Highly Motivated and Driven.
- Good Communication Skills.
