Our client is a leading online financial services provider offering a wide range of trading products, which allows their customers to use one trading platform to trade various instruments. Our client is looking to expand their Client Management team, and is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are motivated at providing high quality service.

Senior Premium Client Manager

Full-Time, Frankfurt

The Role:

• Relationship Management for premium value clients to ensure a positive and individual experience.

• Take responsibility for supporting all aspects of the services provided to the premium value clients, including take-on, retention, trading execution, query management and further educating on service.

• Identify new ways to improve internal information flow to benefit the service provided to clients, and work with teams across the company to ensure that all Premium clients’ requirement s are identified and offered.

• Negotiate oversee client contracts/terms of business to facilitate new business.

• Liaise with in-house teams, and functions, such as Trading, Business Operations, Legal counsel as necessary

• Coordinate and oversee the team to ensure they are effectively managing their clients in all aspects of their role, assist with researching, identifying and creating relationships and sales opportunities.

Your Profile:

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or similar discipline

• Broad experience working in Premium Client Service within a retail financial service business, investment banking team, smaller hedge fund or in advisory firm.

• Demonstrated strong communication and client relationship management skills offering a consistently positive client experience.

• Experience servicing a large client base in the financial services industry.

• Fluency in German and English is required

• Extensive knowledge of financial markets and products, particularly CFD’s, Options, Futures, FX, Spread Betting

• Enthusiastic, confidential and reliable as well as working well within a team.

• Strong Analytical Skills
