Senior Private Banker – Position in LONDON UK – recruitment

To manage all aspects private clients’ financial lives, assisting them with financial planning to reach their aspirations whilst at the same time growing the revenue levels.

To contribute and achieve personal and team targets and conversion rate at monthly intervals throughout the year, demonstrating strong client acquisition skills and consistent annual growths in Assets Under Management (AUMs) and transactional revenue

To work within relevant team to help identify new clients and grow the existing client base, typically taking on HNW and UHNW (greater than £1m, and target size in excess of £5m)

To ensure clients’ needs are understood and to work with Product Specialists, support staff and other relevant groups so that the client proposition is effectively translated and fulfilled. 

To develop broad ranging and strong client relationships for reasonably sophisticated client requirements, maintaining an awareness of client circumstances and regularly reviewing each client’s profile to ensure their changing needs are met.

To develop and sustain a broad technical knowledge across a wide range of products and services of the Private Bank to ensure relevant clients are targeted with best product and service information. 

To consistently update personal knowledge of intermediary/wealth management market, ensuring that reputation is upheld to the highest level possible in terms of compliance and reputation internally and externally and to give continuous consideration to treating customers fairly.
