My client is a very well known Multi Family Office (MFO) with offices in Miami and throughout the US. Covering a global client base they are now looking for a senior private banker to join their team covering either LATAM markets, or US onshore clients.

In this role you would be responsible for introducing and managing HNW - UHNW clients. The attraction of the position is the flexibility, open architecture and family atmosphere. You are valued as an employee and have the potential to earn a significant amount of money due to the very attractive percentage return on assets that is unrivalled by any private bank.

An entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged, a desire to work for a boutique structure is needed and a knowledge of the market is key if you are to be successful in this position.

Targets are relative to the experience of the candidate and will be set upon meeting with my clients. My client wants a candidate that has a structured business plan, a realistic 3 year target and the confidence to follow through on this.

Suitable candidates for this position should demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

• Previous experience of managing private client relationships
• At least 5 years experience in Private banking - Wealth management
• A demonstrable track record in client acquisition and good network to prospect
• A strong knowledge of the wealth management Industry.
