A leading global private bank who have one of the highest staff retention rates in the Caribbean are looking for a senior private banker who is looking for an award winning platform to service their clients. Location can be either based in the Cayman Islands, or The Bahamas.
They have the ability to offer a very competitive package for the right candidate as they are confident that the environment and culture within the bank will promote success for an established, high quality banker.
Title will be based upon strength of the potential business plan, and can range all the way up to senior VP, or MD for the best candidates.
Target markets for my clients include a strong focus on European clients based from the Caribbean; Caribbean clients; or clients from Latin America (LATAM).
My client has an open architecture platform whereby bankers will be able to cherry pick the desired products and wrappings from other institutions dependent on their clients? needs, and they also have no client segmentation, so bankers can prospect from any of the aforementioned areas.
This is a targeted search for the best candidates in the market:
• At least 7 years experience covering their target market
• Ideally 10 years private banking experience
• A book of $100 million or above
• A solid pipeline and a demonstrable track record in client acquisition
• Previous and current experience managing HNW - UHNW clients
