This is a unique opportunity in the NSW oil and gas industry to join one of Australia’s high profile organisations and further developed your career as a Senior Process Engineer.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Superintendent, you will act as a mentor guiding junior process engineers in making informed decisions and recommendations across multiple process technologies. You will implement strategies and deliver solutions to complex technical and business problems. You will also take process safety leadership role with Management of Change, Process Safety Information, process related incident investigations and risk management processes.
To be considered for this role you will be degree qualified in Chemical Engineering with extensive experience in process engineering unit operations, troubleshooting, design and safety and risk improvement. In particular your experience will cover distillation, hydroprocessing, catalytic cracking, heavy residue processing, tank farm operations, utilities and linear programming and supply planning within Oil Refining. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
