Senior Product Manager IT
We need a change and release manager to ensure applications run smoothly and within budget. If you've got a track record of managing IT projects, using ITIL-based processes to steer an application portfolio, we want to hear from you.
The opportunity
Partnering with senior stakeholders, business user communities and IT clients, you'll be a release manager who owns your entire portfolio. You'll also work with business analysts and manage developers. With your team, you'll identify and drive technical improvements.
Specific responsibilities will included planning, coordinating and communicating the application lifecycle for one or more applications, leading its development, supporting the analysis of incident, problem and service requests, and managing sourcing partners.
You'll also be responsible for change management.
About you
You have a university degree or similar in computer science, science or maths, and at least three years' IT project and software lifecycle management experience.
Your knowledge of ITIL v3 is extensive. You have strong experience of working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple stakeholders, service providers and application vendors.
You're a problem solver, a good communicator and team player. Fluent in English, ideally you also speak German.
