Senior Product Manager
We are a Google Ventures funded affiliate link start-up with an exciting product that is already generating lots of buzz and revenue. In order to meet the growing demand, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive our top-notch products from conception to launch!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Becoming the company expert on the details surrounding the content monetization, affiliate marketing, link insertion, product catalogs, arbitrage, real-time auctions and other related arenas.
- Guiding product strategy discussions.
- Driving through concrete product plans, roadmaps, timelines and on to product launch.
What We Need From You:
- 5+ years demonstrated excellence in a product management or equivalent role preferably in building web products, with a proven ability to drive product planning, development, and launch.
- Demonstrated excellence in building quality products in a startup environment.
- Ability to point to specific products you're proud to have driven to launch.
- Solid technical background.
- A firm understanding of HTML, HTTP, REST semantics, simple SQL and DOM.
- A talent for usability and working with designers to produce beautiful usable products.
- A solid grasp of business dynamics and balancing the needs of various parties in a multi-sided network.
- Fluency in web culture and an understanding of online publishers, merchants and intermediaries.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with auctions and/or arbitrage.
- Degree in CS or related field.
- Background in design.
