We are looking for an "STORE MANAGER" for our multinational client with the following skills and the qualifications;
Job Description :
· Makes sure that the selling point is clean and welcoming, tidied up,
· Sells products and services of the Group to the costumers,
· Participates and guarantees the welcome and the sale in the store,
· Receives and checks the deliveries,
· Applies the commercial and merchandising policy of the company,
· Optimizes the selling-up of the store to increase its turnover,
· Is strength of proposition to satisfy at the best the customers,
· Makes a business intelligence on its sector,
· Manages the disputes customers,
· Participates in the meetings of the company,
· Realizes individual and collective regular points with the team,
· Anticipates, plans and organizes the work of the team on the basis of the tools of animation of the store.
Qualifications:
· At least 3 years work experience in Store Manager,
· At least a high school graduate,
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in French,
· Good command of MS Office tools,
· Presentable and to be manage the team,
· Completed his military service,
· Residing on the European Side.
