The Deposit Transactions Teamhas overall responsibility for the revenue and profitability of the Deposit and Transaction lines of business, covering transaction accounts, term deposits and savings accounts.
The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Portfolio Optimisation to drive the product and growth strategy for the niche segments of our Savings Portfolio and manage the activation, growth, and attrition of the existing Savings Portfolio customer base.
Specifically this role will be responsible for:
- Driving activation, growth and attrition programs/strategy/initiatives performance tracking/review
- Managing quarantined accounts and product rationalisation where required
- Driving Profitable Growth including Product and Pricing strategy for YouthSaver and Pensec products as well as providing support to other segment owners for Savings related components of bundles
- End to end process, fulfilment, risk and frontline queries relating to savings products
- Cannex Ratings process management for Savings
What will help you succeed?
- Tertiary Qualified in a Business/Economics/Marketing related discipline
- Previous experience in a Product Management role, ideally managing PL
- Strong Analytics experience with the ability to analyse large data sets to draw business insights
- Productivity process efficiency experience
- Excellent Business development value creation experience as well as the ability to develop strong working relationships across multiple business units
- Strong leadership skills
