Senior Product Manager recruitment
You would be responsible for driving partners and team performance and the coordination of the various activities of both the Superannuation and Investments team (Mainly Savings products)
Your role would specifically involve:
•Acting as the main point of contact for both the partner and the internal functions, allowing each function to operate autonomously but ensuring that they also perform as a team.
•Managing the P L, including both cost management and revenue driven from strategic planning and marketing.
•Ensuring that all the information in the management reports are accurate, as well as production of a few of these reports.
•Ensuring operational and marketing effectiveness by making sure that agreed output makes sense and is being executed in the correct manner.
•Being the Subject Matter Expert for all the company’s products.
•Being responsible for managing the team meetings including agenda setting, problem solving and opportunity identification.
The successful candidate will:
•Have experience as a Product Manager in a fast paced delivery environment
•5 years experience within the superannuation and savings function
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Excellent attention to detail
•Previous experience of working with partner relationships
•Be passionate about making the business a success, have an appetite for learning and be able to take constructive and direct feedback.
