The Company:
A Leading Global Financial Services Organisation are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their highly reputable organisation who are a true market leader and an employer of choice.
The Role:
My client is seeking a Product Manager to manage their growing and developing portfolio. The key responsibility of this role is to drive the portfolio to achieve growth and exceed target profitability.
- Improve Product Development Framework
- Review and Improve technical rate to maximise sales opportunities
- Monitor Competitors and identify opportunities
- Work with the internal groups to achieve growth budgets and targets
Your Details:
- Prior working experience within General Insurance from a Senior Product Management
- Advanced understanding of the General Insurance market with excellent knowledge of the Insurance Contracts Acts, Insurance Brokers Act and the code of practice. .
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications (preferably a Business Degree with a mathematical or statistical focus)
- Solid experience and knowledge in Personal Lines Insurance
- Strong Communicator - both verbal and written
- Excellent analysis, project management and risk evaluation skills are essential
